Movement, action, alive, intriguing and many more words can be used alone or together to describe Amanda’s work.
When the whole is viewed it becomes an ebb and flow of vibrant confident quick strokes that create the scene. These recent paintings are brilliant expressionist renditions of action packed gatherings or difused light and heat. You can see and feel the horses and their rides jostling for position, the dust rising or the heat shimmering!
